Spurred by the visionary leadership of its founder and Managing Director , Mr Kok Kuan Hwa Ricky and Executive Director , Mr Yap Wing Sang, Chang Cheng has expanded rapidly from its initial brand of Economic of Chinese Mixed Vegetables Rice stalls into numerous brands and outlets.

Today, we have over 230 outlets all over Singapore, bringing easy reach and convenience to all our customers.
