Kimchi also named one of the world's healthiest food for being rich in vitamins, aiding digestion, and even possibly reducing cancer growth.

Kimchi is very common in Korea since the locals have it for every meal. You can find it in every Korean restaurant and the local supermarkets. With Kimchi recipes readily available on the net, you can also make your own.
